As part of our sustainability initiatives, each hotel is home to an edible garden, tended to and utilized by our culinary team for seasonal beverages and dishes.

To nourish and refresh, choose from a variety of artisan-inspired offerings made with garden-fresh, seasonal ingredients in addition to pastries, snacks, Lo-Fi natural wines, Mikkeller craft beers and house-made specialty cocktails. Enjoy our complimentary breakfast each morning, alongside Other People’s Coffee®. Squeeze fresh citrus from our garden to make-your-own mezcal margarita. Salud by the pool and enjoy the desert breeze.

A brand new restaurant concept that pays homage to the historic hotel space while bringing an innovative dining ethos to the table. Featuring modern classic recipes, our menu heavily relies on close relationships with local farmers, fishermen, and ranchers to combine the best seasonally-driven ingredients that San Diego has to offer. A true love for genuine hospitality with a whimsical approach to well-loved dishes is the heart of Ponyboy.

We created Other People’s Coffee® to build a deeper sense of community within the coffee industry by bridging the gap between farmers, roasters and consumers. We aim to be a part of the daily coffee ritual coffee with our high quality beans and distinctive, yet approachable tasting profiles.
