A 51 room, local art-filled hotel in Taos’ historic district, welcoming guests in late 2024. Amenities include a pool, restaurant and bar, event space and gallery with an Artist in Residency program led by Paseo Project. What was once a motel built in the 1960s has now been reimagined as Hotel Willa, a home away from home for guests to explore the west and experience the immense outdoor space overlooking the Couse pasture and nearby mountain ranges.

A 25 room boutique hotel with a pool, restaurant, rooftop and beyond. Housed in a church built in 1931, and in the heart of Silver Lake where Griffith Boulevard and Lucile Avenue meet. Just around the corner from the farmer’s market and with views of the city from its rooftop; we will be welcoming guests in 2024.

A renovated historic mansion built in the late 1800s, turned Elks Lodge in the 1930s and most recently, the staging space for an inspired set decorator and collector. In the heart of Hudson; this is the future home of a 40 room hotel, restaurant, bar, event space, wellness space and pool. Welcoming guests in 2025.
