Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders, relay them accurately to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
- Answer customer questions about the menu, including ingredients and dietary restrictions.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Assist with restocking supplies and preparing dining areas for service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of menu items.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Food Handlers Card
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing or walking.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
