Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Clean kitchen floors, counters, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in food prep, storage, and service areas.
- Handle trash and waste disposal according to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies.
- Set up and organize dining areas for food service.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
- Team-oriented and able to assist other kitchen staff as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
