Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across all Casetta properties.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event sales.
- Drive direct bookings and optimize revenue through corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to inform leadership on performance and growth opportunities.
- Oversee commission strategy and structures to incentivize performance and drive sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate financial performance to benchmark new openings.
- Implement and oversee execution of each component of the launch strategy, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple properties.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing ongoing training and coaching.
- Assess current team structure, identify capability gaps, and define areas for improvement.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align objectives.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
- Liaise with sales and revenue management to integrate marketing efforts with paid brand partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Train and develop team members at the discretion of the Company.
- Write compelling copy for sales and event kits to support marketing initiatives.
- Create customized sales kits for each new property launch.
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand on photography needs for operating properties and new hotel openings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and industry partners that benefit Casetta Hotels.
- Represent the hotel group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Casetta’s brand.
- Negotiate contracts, manage RFP processes, and ensure long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hotel sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with sales CRM platforms and hotel revenue management tools.
- Proven track record in multi-property sales management and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of group, corporate, and transient sales.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Familiarity with hotel revenue management principles and pricing strategies.
- Existing network of corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
