Busser

Responsibilities:

●     Prepare tables for service, including setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.

●     Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely manner.

●     Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas between guests.

●     Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when needed.

●     Refill water glasses and other beverages as requested by guests.

●     Ensure service stations are stocked with necessary supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.

●     Assist with resetting tables quickly to maintain a smooth flow of service.

●     Respond to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate team member.

●     Help maintain cleanliness in the dining room, including floors and entryways.

●     Assist with basic side work such as folding napkins, polishing silverware, or stocking supplies.

●     Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

●     Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

●     Support with special events, banquets, and large parties as needed.

Requirements:

●     Excellent communication and customer service skills.

●     Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

●     Strong attention to detail and order.

●     Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.

●     Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

●     Prolonged periods standing or walking.

●     Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
